Normal Tree Capitator – Async Tree Felling Plugin

NormalTreeCapitator solves the tedious task of chopping down every block of a tree after the initial log. When a player breaks a log block while holding an axe, the entire connected structure—logs, leaves, nether stems, wart blocks, mushrooms, and more—is harvested in one go. It’s perfect for survival servers that want a quick, vanilla-feeling quality-of-life improvement without complex mechanics or resource-heavy processes.

Built from the ground up for compatibility, NormalTreeCapitator runs on Spigot, Paper, and is one of the few tree-felling plugins with full Folia support. The plugin breaks large trees in small, configurable waves to prevent server lag, making it suitable even for massive custom trees. Server owners can define exactly which block types trigger the effect in a simple YAML file, while players can toggle the feature on or off with /tc toggle to suit their preference.

Admins running land-claiming or logging plugins will appreciate the per-block break event checks. Every block in the chain fires a break check, so protection suites like WorldGuard, GriefPrevention, Lands, and CoreProtect can cancel breaks for protected blocks while allowing the rest of the tree to fall, preserving your existing permissions setup.
