Atherial Shaders is a vibrant, fantasy-themed shader pack designed for Iris Shaders. It enhances Minecraft’s lighting and color without overhauling the classic blocky style, making it ideal for players who want cinematic sunrises, crystal-clear water, and rich atmosphere while keeping the game’s recognizable look. This is an early beta—expect ongoing development, missing features, and visual bugs. It’s best suited for testers and users who enjoy experimenting with new visuals and don’t mind rough edges.

The pack focuses on a warm, semi-realistic aesthetic. Sunrises and sunsets glow with soft golden tones, water surfaces are transparent and reflective, and forests feel drenched in atmospheric light. A subtle bloom effect and re-graded colors give every scene a painterly quality, while night skies appear deeper and starrier. Because it targets Iris Shaders, you get these enhancements with better compatibility and easier installation than traditional OptiFine-based shaders.

The shader is in early beta; the Nether and End dimensions have major rendering errors, some blocks may appear black, and performance tuning is incomplete. Visual artifacts and lighting inconsistencies are common. Not recommended for survival worlds where you rely on those dimensions or demand a polished experience. Use it to preview the vibrant foundation and share feedback as development continues.
